infielder
Infielders are apart of the play-by-play and always have to be on their toes. They have to be able to be prepared to defend while the batter is up, as well as being prepared in case the runner on base tries to "steal" a base.
Catcher
As you can see a catcher has to have a good form when they are playing. They have to make sure they are prepared to catch the ball that is getting thrown at them at 60-90pmh.
pitcher
if there had to be the most important position, it would be the pitcher. they are the start of every play and have to be prepared for everything. they have to make sure they throwing strikes and be ready incase the runner tries to steal.
